Birla Global University (BGU) is a self-financed private unitary University and has been established by the enactment of Birla Global University Odisha Act, 2015 with its main campus spread over an area of nearly 30 acres of land situated at IDCO Plot No.2, Gothapatna, Bhubaneswar.
BGU campus is a fully-residential, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The campus is spread across an area of 30 acres, with nine blocks of buildings. More than 50% of the area is kept green on the campus with existing philosophy of learning in the lap of nature. The buildings set among the lush-green landscaped garden, have been designed to provide high standards in all respects.
The English Language Lab in association with “EnglishEdge” & “iLiqvid” enhances Personality Development and Communication skills in the areas of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing Facilitate Business English Certification (BEC) examinations conducted by Cambridge English apart from Online resources like ProQuest and J-Gate Social & Management sciences .
Residential facility at BGU is one of the best if not the best in India that ensures safety and security with facilities like 24*7 CCTV within the whole campus as well trained security arrangement at both Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels. BGU can boast of a modern library, play fields, a basketball court, Table Tennis and other recreational facilities which are there not only for insiders, these facilities also have distinction of hosting several national level events.
