What is BBA LLB course eligibility criteria?

  • Perhaps the most basic eligibility for the exam is to pass or to take the 10+2 exam with a total of at least 50 percent. Besides that, the 11th standard examination should also be given a respectable percentage. Applicants must obtain an exit certificate with a grade not below A. The student will be able to obtain the certificate from an establishment of any foreign country or the recognised board in India.
  • Those applicants who did not attend regular education and were educated at home are also qualified. Thus, you are completely qualified if you are certified by a well-known and renowned institute, that you have passed your 10+2 with flying colour while pursuing a long-distance or correspondence course.
  • You would need to prove your merit by scored high in any of the top law entry exams to get admitted to your favourite law school. The LLB program, which is ideally adapted for a further five-year course, may be composed of several rounds of interviews.
  • While there are many law reviews today, CLAT or Common Law Admission Test is one of the weight-age tests in use. Some institutes can accept only scores to analyse your merit in this test, so make sure you do not skip it.
  • Some universities also provide international students with a percentage of seats. So if you're living in a foreign country and are interested in exploring the administrative law of India, you are welcome.
  • The overall cross-age of 20 years, where a candidate will not be permitted to take the BBA LLB course, is applicable to general candidates only. As regards aspirants who belong to the quota reserved, such as SC, ST and OBC, they shall be qualified for admission for an additional two years up to 22 years of age.
  • Around the above stage, a certain proportion of seats for the SC, ST and people with some kind of disability are also reserved.
  • Under regulations included in the Indian Bar Council, general candidates need to score a minimum of 45 percent for their 10 +2 exams if they are qualified to be admitted to one of the colleges accepting the scores of top-level entry exams. For applicants who are a member of the board of directors' examinations, they have a minimum score of 40 percent.
  • If you wait for the results of your last test, much of the 10 + 2 exam can be taken at the CLAT entrance exam. The schools that choose you on the basis of your merit would include your board test results. If you do not deliver, entry into the university is not permitted, then you can not manage the degree to which your CLAT examination is good.
