Additional Fees

Medical Insurance: ₹3,000 per annum
General Security Deposit: ₹10,000 (refundable upon successful completion of the program, subject to clearance)
One-Time Registration Fee: ₹15,000 (non-refundable)
International Students have to pay additional 20% fee ( both tuition and hostel accommodation)

* For Ph.D. Scholars

All registered scholars are required to pay a semester fee of ₹70,000 at the beginning of each semester until the submission of their thesis.
Thesis Evaluation & Viva-Voce Fee: ₹25,000

Note:

Hostel-registration fee of ₹10,000 (non-refundable) is payable at the time of registration.
Students are advised to retain this schedule for timely fee payment and to avoid any late fee penalties.
No notice or reminder will be sent to students or their parents for the same.
No separate letter will be issued for any bank education loan.
Demand Draft should be made in favour of ‘BIRLA GLOBAL UNIVERSITY’, payable at Bhubaneswar.
