Brief Profile

Dr Amritkant Mishra is working as Assistant Professor of Economics at School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar. Prior joining to BGU, he has worked in Department of Economics, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. His specific area of research typically includes Macroeconomics, Sustainable Development, Stock Market, and Volatility Modelling. In addition to his teaching, he has successfully published extensively in international journals in the key areas of Economics, Econometrics, Finance, and Statistics. His work has been published in reputed Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC journals. Dr Mishra has a specialization in time series and panel data econometric modelling. He is currently reviewer of many international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of science.
