Dr Snigdha Choudhury is a PhD. in OBHR from XIMB, Bhubaneswar and MBA from XISS, Ranchi. She teaches Learning & Development, Organizational Behaviour, HRM & International Human Resource Management. Dr. Choudhury has a rich Corporate Experience from Banking & Test Preparation to her credit. Her research areas include E-learning, Academic Motivation & Psychological Factors in learning. She has highly cited publications in Journals of International repute. She also contributes to newspaper and magazine articles. She is a trained Odissi dancer and avid reader. She loves to explore food, traditions and culture of various places in and out of India.
