Brief Profile

Dr. Tasneem Ahmad is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and General Management at Birla Global University. His research focuses on innovation, strategy, and entrepreneurship, with a keen interest in start-up dynamics, intellectual capital, and technological innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, an M.B.A. in Marketing Management, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Dr. Tasneem has presented at leading conferences such as BAM 2023 (University of Sussex), ISC 2024 (IIM Ahmedabad), and won the Best Paper Award at ICRIEMSD-2022. His work includes publications with SSRN and The Case Journal (Emerald), and papers under review in the Journal of Intellectual Capital (ABDC-B) and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (ABDC-A). He teaches courses like Strategic Management, Design Thinking & Creative Learning, and Entrepreneurship.
